Website Purpose
The website provides general information about Waypoint, its services, and its operating approach. Website content is not a binding proposal, professional legal or financial advice, warranty, or guarantee of a particular business result.
No Client Relationship
Submitting a form, sending an email, participating in an initial conversation, or otherwise contacting Waypoint does not create a client relationship. Services begin only after Waypoint and the customer enter into an applicable written agreement.
Service Information
Waypoint may update, modify, expand, limit, or discontinue website descriptions and service offerings without notice. Specific services, responsibilities, pricing, schedules, deliverables, and performance terms are established through separate written agreements.
Permitted Use
You may use this website for lawful business information and communication.

Submitted Information

When you submit a request, you authorize Waypoint to respond using the contact method you select. Selecting text as your preferred contact method does not by itself constitute SMS consent. SMS consent is provided only when you separately check the SMS-consent box.

SMS Messaging Terms
Waypoint Workflows, LLC may send conversational SMS messages to customers and prospective customers who have expressly consented to receive text messages. Messages may include responses to inquiries, consultation coordination, scheduling information, service-related communications, and customer support. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies. Waypoint does not charge for SMS messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.
Reply HELP for help or contact hello@waypointworkflows.com for support.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
