Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact hello@waypointworkflows.com.
How Information Is Shared
Waypoint does not sell personal information.
Contact-form submissions are securely processed and stored through service providers supporting website hosting, spam prevention, communications, and business records. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to process the submission and notify Waypoint.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, to investigate misuse or security concerns, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, support an active or potential business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, security, or contractual obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or anonymized.
Data Security
Waypoint uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You may contact Waypoint to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted. Some information may be retained when reasonably required for legal, security, contractual, or business-record purposes. You may also ask Waypoint to stop nonessential communications.
Cookies and Analytics
Waypoint uses limited website analytics to understand aggregated activity such as page views, general traffic patterns, device or browser categories, and website performance. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not use website analytics to sell personal information or create profiles for targeted advertising. Essential technical functions may also use limited storage or request information necessary for security, form processing, and reliable website operation.
